To strengthen our Team in Samora Correia we are looking for a Mounting Coordinator (f/m/d) YOUR TASKSResponsibility for planning assemblies considering technical requirements, feasibility, and profitability within the quality standards of the groupCoordinating the engineering and other departmentsDefining and managing production staff, preparing material lists, and ensuring quality and timely deliveryPlanning, coordinating, and managing assembly processesAligning KPIs monthly with the Director of Assembly in MadridOptimizing assemblies for efficiency, safety, and profitabilityEnsuring projects meet customer requirementsYOUR QUALIFICATIONEngineering degree in industrial fieldMinimum 3 years experience in machine and/or automotive industrySpecialization in production, assembly line coordination, or supply chainKnowledge of logistics, sourcing, or industrial organization is a plusAdvanced Portuguese and English level required; Spanish will be considered as a plusSoft skills: autonomy, proactivity, leadership, teamwork, communication, analytical thinking, flexibility, and resilienceWillingness to travel within Portugal and occasionally in EuropeWE OFFERHealth insuranceWork environment based on continuous training and mutual collaborationPlease do not hesitate to contact us if you see that your background and preferences are matching.
