We are looking for aMicrosoft Team Leaderwho has a strong interest to programming and also abig interest and skills to leadand manage people. In addition to the development of complex applications, we look for someone who gradually takes the leadership of multifunctional teams and helps them to set clear and realistic goals, track their progress, manage priorities, and consider all the efforts required for full success.

Main requirements

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
Ideally5 years of development experiencewith Microsoft technologies (eg. C #, .Net, SQL Server);
Interests and skills tomanage teamswill be highly valued by us;
It will be adifferentiating factorif you have experience with some of the features of Microsoft Azure, namely APP Services, API management, among others;
Knowledge ofdevelopment methodologies(Scrum) and Tools for development support (Confluence, JIRA, Git, Jenkins, Bamboo, VSTS);
Motivation, willingness to innovate, good communication skills and a taste for teamwork;
Fluent in English (written and spoken);
Availability to travel (maximum of 2 months).
