M365 Engineer (Intune, Mdm)

Our customer is one of the World's Biggest Insurance Groups with a significant presence in Europe, North America, and Asia. They have ambitious migration plans for 2025 and are looking to reinforce their Lisbon team.
The customer offers fantastic benefits, including travel to their HQ for global meetings, flexible hybrid working, and a long-term engagement (potentially up to 3 years).
Glocomms maintains a strong relationship with them, with close to 30 consultants currently working across Cloud, Systems, Workplace, and Cyber Security.
M365 Engineer (InTune and MDM)
Primary responsibilities include supporting the L1 and L2 teams with escalated tickets and collaborating with other European teams to complete projects, working alongside Architects, Product Owners, and other Engineering teams to complete migrations.
The local Lisbon team consists of approximately 10 Engineers working on various Workplace topics, while globally there are around 50 people across 5 continents working in tandem.
Main projects involve securing the Digital Workplace Environment and transitioning to a fully Cloud-operated InTune environment from a previous Hybrid system with SCCM.
No specific certifications are required, but any relevant M365, Digital Workplace, or Security certifications will enhance the application.
Tech Stack: M365, Windows Server, InTune, MDM, SCCM, Powershell, Azure.
