Tasks Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be: Providing service to the A&F clients via phone, email, chat and social media platforms Providing product information to the customer Handling the clients' queries regarding their orders, account accessibility, payments, and stock availability Follow up with customers Requirements Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role: You have a fluent level of French (a good level of English would be a plus) You are looking for a job opportunity abroad You are interested in the fashion field You are motivated and committed to your work You have excellent communication and listening skills You are a team player willing to work with many other nationalities Benefits What's in it for you?
