What you will do Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers to support various banking applications and services.
Develop and maintain playbooks for automating deployment and configuration tasks across Linux, AIX, Windows, and Solaris servers.
Manage SCM Gitlab, including installation, configuration, and version control for infrastructure as code (IaC) projects.
Implement Configuration as Code (CasC) practices to ensure consistency and repeatability in server configurations.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve problems promptly.
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Linux systems with existing infrastructure and applications.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in Linux system administration and automation.
Who you are Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Linux System Administrator, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems, including CentOS, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), and Ubuntu.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Perl for automation tasks.
Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
Familiarity with SCM Gitlab and version control concepts.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
