L1 & L2 Business Support

Provide critical support in a dynamic banking environment.This hybrid role is based in Porto, with 2 days per week in the office. You will be responsible for providing front-line and second-line support, ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction within a complex IT environment. This role is not a typical helpdesk position but focuses on application support in a financial setting.
Main responsibilities:Provide L1 and L2 support for business-critical applications.Troubleshoot and resolve issues by investigating logs, source code, and user queries.Monitor application performance and ensure compliance with SLAs.Collaborate with users and technical teams to solve incidents efficiently.Document issues and solutions, contributing to continuous improvement.Ensure timely resolution of incidents, enhancing user satisfaction.Minimum Requirements:Academic background in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.Experience in L1 and L2 IT support roles, particularly in application support.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Proficient in SQL and understanding of object-oriented programming.Fluent in English (B2 level or higher); French is a plus.Familiarity with financial concepts and ITIL practices is advantageous.#GETREADY to meet with us!
