Position Overview We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Representative with native-level Polish and proficient English (B2 level or higher) to join our team in Lisbon. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our products/services in the Polish market. Key Responsibilities Drive sales growth by reaching out to potential customers, presenting our products/services, and understanding client needs.Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.Proactively identify new business opportunities and trends in the Polish market.Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, meeting or exceeding sales targets.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates. Qualifications Native-level Polish fluency.B2-level English proficiency or higher, with strong communication skills.Proven experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role is preferred.Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to exceed targets.Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
