Key Responsibilities Provide professional and friendly support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and other service-related requests.
Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate issues as necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken.
Deliver exceptional service to ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
What We Are Looking For Fluency in French (C2 level) and good communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work.
Flexibility to work rotational shifts from 07:00 AM to 05:30 PM (Monday to Friday).
Days Off : Saturday and Sunday.
