Italian-speaking Customer Service Specialist (Search Engine) Workster supports a leading BPO player in the industry in their pursuit to increase their Italian-speaking Customer Service Team for the world's largest search engine.
As a Customer Support Specialist for a well-known client, you will handle customer inquiries related to product features, technical issues, and other questions. Deliver high levels of customer service and resolve requests regarding e-commerce, software, hardware, and wireless connectivity issues.
Your Role
Respond to customer requests via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging channels.
Provide pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support.
Maintain a consistent brand voice in both private and public interactions.
Escalate issues to higher support tiers as needed.
Collaborate with technicians to resolve help tickets.
Manage an individual ticket queue and follow management direction.
Review and provide feedback on help content.
Your Qualifications
C1 level of Italian
Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate
Previous customer service or BPO experience is an advantage
Fast decision-maker with a positive outlook
Available to work flexible hours and days
