Our client is a company that is expanding greatly in the energy market and is one of the largest methanol producers in the world. They work on EPC projects in various parts of the world.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the effective operation of IT systems and conduct regular system administration activities.
Provide software and hardware support to employees.
Assist in managing and maintaining the company's communication systems, including telephony, mobile, VoIP, and internet access.
Maintain and update the IT asset register, ensuring accurate and timely asset reporting.
Manage and monitor all support tickets to ensure efficient resolution.
Support the installation of computer and communication networks across the company.
Assist in implementing and maintaining company information systems.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within IT operations.
Required Skills:
Degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or a high-school diploma with relevant technical experience (preferable).
Proficiency in English (oral and written).
Strong teamwork skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
