It Infrastructure Program Manager (M/F/D)

You will be a part of the Hays tech team working to a worldwide Automotive OEM supplier, impacting directly on the next step of their global digitalization Your Tasks
•Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines for international IT projects
•Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and understood
•Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and communicate progress to stakeholders
•Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business requirements
•Lead project meetings, including status updates, issue resolution, and decision-making
•Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, customers, and vendors
•Manage project resources, including external vendors and contractors
•Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and standards
•Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the IT team What you'll need to succeed:
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
•7+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a global environment
•Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
•Demonstrated experience managing complex IT projects, including software development, infrastructure, and security
•Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
•Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Experience managing external vendors and contractors
•Familiarity with ITIL, COBIT, and other IT frameworks and standards
