Your New Role As an IT Delivery
Manager, you will oversee project delivery for the Logistics area, ensuring
that solutions are developed and delivered with quality and in line with
business requirements. You will manage a team of 5 to 10 people, including
technical-functional analysts from both Portugal and Spain. Your role will
involve acting as a bridge between the innovation and development team and the
logistics business, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and needs.
Responsibilities: Manage project delivery
for the Logistics area, ensuring quality and alignment with business
requirements. Lead a team of 5 to 10
people, including technical-functional analysts from the logistics
business. Serve as the primary
contact for the logistics management team on innovation and development
matters. Collaborate with Tech
Leads and the head of innovation and development to maintain a strategic
view of the project pipeline. Effectively manage
priorities to ensure team focus and reduce overall pressure on the
structure. Manage communication with
internal and external clients to gather and analyse technical and functional requirements and specify integrated solutions. Monitor the effective
allocation and utilisation of team resources, optimising development on
the integration layer for managing information flow via common
communication protocols in the logistics sector. What You'll Need to Succeed: Minimum of 5 years of
experience in project management or delivery management, preferably in
logistics or systems integration. Higher education in
management and/or information systems. Deep knowledge of
integration solutions, preferably in IBM environments. Strong communication
skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations. Experience in managing
multidisciplinary teams focused on functional analysis, integration, and
systems development. Leadership and resource management skills, with the ability to allocate tasks and ensure execution
within expected timelines and quality standards. Strategic vision, with the
ability to anticipate challenges and propose effective solutions. Fluency in English. Ability to communicate in
Spanish. Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and Jira tool is valued. What You'll Get in Return: Dynamic and innovative
