Provide strategic leadership and direction to all hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Oversee and manage daily hotel operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and quality are maintained.
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards.
Manage budgets, financial plans, and expenditure to ensure profitability and efficient use of resources.
Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee development.
Act as the main point of contact for guests, handling inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute strategies to enhance the hotel's reputation and revenue.
Prepare the hotel for the upcoming renovation project and ensure a smooth transition during the construction period.
Perfil ideal
Proven experience as a Hotel Director or in a senior hospitality management role, preferably within a 5-Star hotel environment.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and financial plans.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
