Tasks & Responsibilities:
Define, manage, and order equipment, parts, and accessories for projects.
Validate, review, and process customer orders, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Conduct technical feasibility studies to meet customer requirements.
Supervise and validate project costs, optimizing profitability.
Handle purchase and sales orders in the ERP system, ensuring accurate project data entry.
Maintain project flow and keep information updated for internal departments.
Plan delivery dates to align with production schedules and customer expectations.
Optimize internal stock planning.
Liaise with the factory to address order adjustments or clarifications.
Communicate regularly with internal teams about projects.
Track project timelines, costs, delivery, and quality with relevant teams.
Monitor and follow KPIs.
Provide technical support to the Commercial Area and Palfinger dealers.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years' experience in sales, industrial management, automotive, construction, or supply chain.
Experience in internal sales or similar roles will be considered as a plus.
Qualifications in process or project management will be valued.
Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced expertise in MS Excel).
Experience with CRM software.
Familiarity with ERP systems.
Excellent Portuguese and English language skills. Spanish will be considered as a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization abilities.
Proactive, responsible and initiative-driven.
Willingness to travel within the country.
