Inside Sales Agent - Full Remote

Responsibilities Identify new opportunities and be a strong contributor to Sales and Business Strategy.
Provide ongoing client relationship management to create long-term successful partnerships.
Follow up, control, and analyze existing partnerships to maintain customer satisfaction.
Frequent communication of business status to the team including sales updates and weekly reports and decision support analytics.
Technical and after-sale assistance with our clients.
Visiting clients and participating in trade shows in the United States.
Ideal Profile Relevant experience in Sales or Bachelor's degree.
Sales expert skills and collaboration-driven mindset.
Business-oriented, dynamic, and eager to be an important player in the market.
Bilingual in French and Italian.
Team player, critical thinking, and must be able to use own initiative.
People-oriented, able to solve daily problems/pressure productively, and attention to detail.
Must be able to work independently as it is a position based from home.
Knowledge of CRM database will be a plus.
