Job description This role contributes to the success of SOFYNE by providing regular training to our teams in order to enhance the competencies of individual support consultants by designing and conducting training programs that will boost consultants' workplace performance in alliance with the company's core values. You will be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials, and managing all phases of training interventions.
Required profile Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknessesTranslate requirements into trainings that will groom consultants for the next step of their career pathBuild an annual training program and prepare teaching plansDevelop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids, and manualsDirect structured learning experiences and monitor their quality resultsAcclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessionsDeliver training coursesAssess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into consultants' work behaviorPeriodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changesStay abreast of new trends and tools in consultant developmentSkills & experience: Experience: Proven experience as a trainerUnderstanding of effective teaching methodologies and toolsProven ability to master the full training cycleAdequate knowledge of learning management softwareFamiliarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniquesNice to have: experience within the manufacturing industryIT competencies Programming skills (C#, JavaScript)Database knowledge (structure and SQL)Knowledge of base platforms, such as TalentLMSProficient in MS Office; e-learning software is an assetHuman competencies Phenomenal communication, presentation, and public speaking skillsOrganizational and time management abilitiesCritical thinking and decision-makingPersonable and committedSelf-motivated and diligentResults orientedNice to have: French speakerEducation Degree EducatedAbout us SOFYNE Active Technology has been integrating and deploying MES, LES, and PLM solutions since 2005.
