Erakulis is present in every corner of the world and our goal is to become a renowned leader in the wellness industry on a global scale.As we grow, we are seeking a motivated HR Manager to lead our human resources operations and ensure a positive, high-performing work environment.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Employee Relations: Serve as the point of contact for employees on HR matters and foster a healthy work environment.HR Policies & Compliance: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws and company values.Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll, compensation packages, and employee benefits, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.HR Strategy & Culture Building: Support leadership in creating a strong organizational culture, improving employee engagement, and retaining top talent.Key Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in human resources.Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and HR technology/tools.Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic and growing company, with experience in start-ups or fast-growing companies being a bonus.
