JNcQUOI Comporta will be for those who will truly enjoy the unique essence of this beautiful destination.We are currently looking for HR Assistant to join our team!This role will be responsible forManage Uniforms stock and distribution to employees keeping records of uniforms delivered, uniforms returned, new uniforms Stock and Used uniforms Stock;Ensure that all employees have Uniforms in day 1 and keep signed records of uniforms delivered;Always guarantee a minimum stock of uniforms by article;Maintain Uniforms Area neat and tidy;Maintain Used Uniforms stock clean. Damaged Uniforms should be destroyed;Identify Uniform needs among the teams and replace damaged uniforms when necessary;Communicate new development needs for Uniforms to the Corporate Team responsible for Uniforms development;Liase with Work Medicine provider the management of Medicine appointments aligned with mandatory legislation;Make sure that all employees have valid work Medicine in place;Implement and maintain Work Safety conditions in the region and identify opportunities for continuous improvement;Implement in class training in the region keeping records of participation;Identify overall training needs in the region and report to Learning Manager;Support the Talent acquisition activities in the region;Identify local profiles on a regular basis;Provide general support to Onboarding and Onboarding activities liaising with Corporate Team;Maintain the Headquarters Office in perfect conditions;Promote the company's culture within the staff, educating and raising awareness among teams about our concept;About youPrevious experience in this role or similar;MS Office skills, especially Excel knowledge;Foreign language knowledge (English is mandatory);Excellent analytical, communication skillsOnly selected candidates will be contacted#J-18808-Ljbffr
