Responsibilities Your role will include:
Take over recruiting for Portugal & support foreign entities (France, Austria, and the US) in all recruiting-related tasks. Develop and implement in collaboration with the management onboarding & offboarding strategy and processes. Take care of all topics related to employer branding. Represent the company culture and values. Provide day-to-day HR services to employees and business leaders. Administrate the time tracking tool. Perform HR projects together with local and group management. Collaborate with the regional responsible persons for HR in AT, FR, and the US. Your Profile and Qualifications To excel in this role, we are looking for someone with the following profile and qualifications:
Bachelor or Master's degree in human resources or equivalent experience. 2 Years+ experience working in HR in an international environment. Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, diversity, and performance management. What we offer? When you join our team, you can expect:
