As the Head of Product Platform at Sword Health, you will be responsible for driving the development of platform-wide features and ensuring that all solutions are interconnected to maximize the holistic value of the platform for our members. What you'll be doing: Develop and execute the vision and strategic roadmap for Sword Health's platform, aligning with company objectives and market demands. Ensuring different solutions work together effectively (e.G., member triage across solutions). Identifying and developing platform features that can be leveraged by all solutions simultaneously. Driving product initiatives that leverage an AI-first mindset and scale to millions of users. What you need to have: Proven experience in product management, especially in creating and scaling product features for large user bases. A track record of delivering cross-product features and ensuring seamless product integration. Experience in fast-paced, product-driven environments (healthcare experience not required). Exceptional problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset. Strong commitment to excellence and a high bar for product quality.
