More than software we have a platform that enables our customers to build their own solution, picking up what best fits their needs in between a plethora of native apps, plug-and-play integrations, powerful customisations and IoT/Hardware components. In parallel, we are continuously expanding the range of operations covered by our platform (from maintenance to energy management; from procurement to industrial ops… You name it!). We did a lot already, but we are only 1% done. As Head of Pre-Sales... What will you do? Lead and mentor a team of Pre-Sales Engineers and Advisors to ensure optimal support for the sales organization. Develop and execute pre-sales strategies that align with company goals and customer needs. Own and continuously improve pre-sales processes (including RFP and Solution of Choice moments such as Guided Trials or POCs) to ensure scalability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Manage pre-sales resources effectively across multiple deals and regions. Represent pre-sales in high-stakes meetings with key clients, delivering compelling presentations and demos. Monitor and report on pre-sales performance metrics , ensuring alignment with revenue targets. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver seamless, cross-functional support
