Position: Trust & Safety Advisor
Location: Lisbon, Portugal (or willing to relocate, relocation + accommodation offered)

Your Role:

Content moderation of chats via in-house software.
Content moderation of any content customers encounter when using the application.
Analyze customer behavior and make decisions based on existing policies.
Analysis of customers in the event of suspicious behavior that violates the terms of use or compromises the safety of customers.
Analysis of cases of fraud in competitions and eSports.
Recognize high-risk situations such as child abuse, terrorism, smuggling, suicide threats, possible school shootings, etc.

Requirements:

Fluent in German (spoken and written) and very good command in English.
Tech-savvy with a passion for gaming.
High school diploma or equivalent.
