Compensation Options:
Option 1: Gross salary of €1,514/month with free accommodation (own room in a shared house/apartment; includes allowances in the Lisbon area).
Option 2: Gross salary of €1,834/month (no accommodation provided; includes allowances and bonuses).

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries (approx. 80% inbound, 20% outbound) via phone and online chat.
Client Support: Provide assistance to corporate customers, primarily small and medium-sized businesses across sectors like healthcare, industry, administration, trade, finance, and education.
Problem-Solving: Offer customer-oriented solutions and resolve inquiries efficiently.
Sales and Product Information: Share product details, pricing, offers, and discounts, and process orders and sales over the phone.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain consistent communication with existing clients to identify optimization opportunities and provide updates.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00.
160 hours per month.
Requirements:
Languages: Proficiency in German and English.
Skills: Excellent IT knowledge, particularly MS Office; basic hardware knowledge.
Experience: Previous experience in outbound sales is essential.
