Your responsibilities and impact working as a Customer Service will be:
Managing and responding to customer requests through phone and email.
Assisting customers with queries and requests.
Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by exceeding customer expectations.

Native-level proficiency in German and a minimum C1 level of English.

Salary conditions (*) – 2 options:
Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1.633,89€ gross/month + bonus up to 1.267,00€ gross per quarter.
Without accommodation: 1.905,92€ gross/month + bonus up to 1.267,00€ gross per quarter.
For international applicants:
