Are you ready to take on your next challenge in the beautiful city of LISBON? We are looking for fluent GERMAN speakers who would like to work in an international environment. This position is for our client - a global outsourcing partner - and is based in their offices in the city of LISBON, Portugal. As a Customer Advisor, you will represent a global warranty service provider and receive incoming queries from users via phone and email, answering their queries in a timely manner. This is a versatile inbound role where providing excellent customer care is important.
We are looking for candidates who have:
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in GERMAN and English
Previous experience in a customer service role
Ability to multi-task
Eagerness to learn and develop
The interview process for this role is done remotely via phone and online tests, so no need to come to LISBON until you are successful!
