Salary: 1285 euro gross per month (this includes holiday bonus and meal allowance) plus free accommodation. Salary package without company accommodation is 1650 gross p/m.
Working Hrs: 40 Hours per week, rotational between Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00.
Overview of the company: Our client is a global outsourcing company with offices around the world. In Portugal, they have multiple sites supporting huge international clients and assisting with business in more than 30 different languages, creating a multicultural environment.
The Role: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Advisor to join our client's international team in Porto. In this role, you will support customers who place advertisements with a well-known global online media pioneer. Customer interaction is primarily via email and chat. You will be responsible for problem-solving queries, recognizing sales opportunities, forwarding them to the sales team, and offering consultative support. Furthermore, you will identify and address fraudulent activity, minimize risk, support billing inquiries, and process refunds for eligible advertisers.
Requirements: Fluent in German and good command of English.Strong attention to detail.An interest in advertising and marketing.On offer: Competitive salary of up to 1285 euro gross per month (includes holiday bonus, meal allowance, night shift allowance) plus free accommodation (room in a shared company flat).
