German Learning Specialist

We're looking for a highly motivated German Training Specialist to join our dynamic client in the telecommunication area!

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive training programs
Collaborate with stakeholders
Share expertise in learning methodologies
Review and pilot training material
Document and communicate progress

Required Skills:
Expertise in transforming learning journeys into engaging experiences
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple projects
Self-motivated with a proactive work ethic
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Good time management skills to efficiently complete tasks
Willingness to travel for training sessions at partner sites

Qualifications:
Fluent in German and English
Proficiency with MS Office 365
Bachelor's degree in education, training, or related fields (or equivalent experience)
Previous experience in corporate training (experience with LMS, e.g., Workday Learning, is a plus)
Experience as a Trainer or Training Facilitator is highly desirable

What we offer:
Direct contract with the client
Base Salary
Meal Allowance

Schedule: Monday to Friday (08h to 17h)
Hybrid: 1 day per week at the office
