German Customer Support In Lisbon

Key Responsibilities: Offer technical assistance to customers through voice, email, and chat channels.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to our products and services.
Provide clear and concise information to customers, guiding them through solutions.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our support system.
Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Continuously update knowledge on products and services to provide accurate support.
Requirements: Native proficiency in German and B2-level proficiency in English .
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Previous experience in customer support or a technical support role is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Rotational shifts; 8 hours per day).
Saturday to Sunday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (5 days per week).
