As a customer service specialist in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:
Providing technical support for a renowned technology company, notorious for their action cameras, drones, apps and video editing softwareOffering solutions for customer demands by identifying and troubleshooting with the available resourcesBuilding meaningful relationships and answering customers' questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional mannerMeeting and exceeding our service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targetsCreating amazing experiences that people value and we are proud ofBeing responsible for following the direction of management and providing feedbackTo succeed in the role, you will need to have:
