As a Genesys Developer, you will work for our client – a leader in the financial industry, exemplifying innovation, agility, and unwavering commitment to its clients! You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing contact center solutions using the Genesys platform. Your main responsibilities: Create and customize Genesys contact center solutions to meet organizational requirements Integrate Genesys applications with existing systems and applications within the organization Provide technical support and troubleshooting for any issues related to Genesys solutions Conduct testing and manage the deployment of Genesys solutions to ensure smooth implementation. Document system configurations, processes, and any customizations made to the Genesys platform You're ideal for the role if you have: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and/or .NET. Familiarity with Genesys components, including Composer, Routing, and Reporting. Understanding of contact center operations and business processes. Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and end-users.
