We offer you to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment and to contribute to this group's transformation.Join us in one of our 3 service centres: Lisbon, Curitiba, and Bangkok, be part of this transformation journey from the start.The T&E / Car Fleet Service Owner is accountable for service offer definition, design, performance, improvements, automation, result, satisfaction and optimizing the cost to deliver.Key responsibilities of Service Owner:Service OwnershipEnsure that the vision and strategic direction of the service delivery model is linked to Syensqo strategyDesign, improve and document services/processes to achieve business and users' objectives in the most efficient and compliant wayContribute to Group policy and compliance rules definitionDefine Service Level Agreement and related KPIs to reach user needs and best-in-class ambitionBenchmark to ensure alignment with World Class organization, process optimization and best practicesDefine the best make & buy approach and select the required external services to support the processDrive collaboration and process change management between all functions and businessesUnlock cross-functional synergies, new capabilities, technology, efficiencies to achieve new savingsEnsure prioritization on projects and Continuous Improvement initiatives to leverage the resourcesDefine Internal controlsTechnology assessment, innovation and investmentAct as functional / product owner of tools and applications supporting the processIn charge of building business case that require budget for service/process enhancementsWork closely with stakeholders and internal partner, IT, RPA, Data and project teams on solution developmentBe aware about the latest technology innovation in the domainCreate trusting partnership with stakeholders (internal or external)Be known and recognized by BSA stakeholders as Service Owner in the appropriate domainTake ownership and create, maintain and be active in networkingInitiate and maintain improved collaboration, within the Service Unit and across GBS/BSA organization, to accelerate improvementStaff ManagementSet priorities and/or plan work for a weekly or daily scheduleEnsure that team output is in line with applicable delivery indicators, quality, deadlines, cost and work in line with group standards (e.G
