The incumbent will be responsible to perform provisioning of Genex, IT, Industrial, Packaging domains to ensure on-time and in-full delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Review purchase requisitions against given criteria (quality and proper approval)Turn purchase requisitions into purchase ordersEnsure the vendors receive the Purchase Orders on-timeFollow-up Purchasing Orders by collecting supplier acknowledgementFollow up Purchase Order delivery, only if specifically requested by the BusinessRespond and resolve Users and Vendors inquiriesCoordinate resolution through various direct contact in Syensqo, making proposals to address root causes, to reduce errors or gaps in the futureIdentify trends, analyze root causes and propose improvements to Team LeaderEnsure on-time and in-full delivery of Goods and ServicesMonitor vendor delivery performancePerform controls following corporate procedures and compliance rulesParticipate to specific process improvement projectsImplement and follow up the Group internal control rules, policies and procedures, within own operations responsibilityEducation and Experience Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of business/technical training
Experience in procurement/expediting
Experience in using SAP
Good level of oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and take initiatives
Must-have skills Understanding of tool management preparation and knowledge of procurement process
