What are we looking for?
At least 5 years of professional experience as Functional Analysis;
Professional experience in COBOL;
Experience with DB2 SQL;
Contact with CICS, Unix operating systems, JCL, Eclipse and Jira/Confluence;
Experience in writing use cases, visual modelling, business processes, business requirements and functional specification documentation;
Knowledge and experience of the full project lifecycle, including requirements/configuration documentations, testing, migrations, design and delivery of target operating models;
Extensive experience in business and technology change: identifying, documenting, analysing and improving business and systems processes and user journeys;
Passion for working with and developing a culture of collaboration, automation, improvement, sharing and excellence;
Keeping abreast of Wealth Management / Private Banking market trends, regulatory changes and technological advances in order to incorporate appropriate changes into our product offerings;
Previous experience of offshoring development tasks;
Knowledge of banking products, especially post-trade activities such as payments, securities, money market or back-office processing;
Experience of working closely with cross-functional teams;
Fluency in English (written and spoken);
French is a Nice To Have.
