Financial Controller

Reporting directly to the Group's Head of Controlling, you will be based in one of our business units. Working on a cluster basis, you will be accountable for the overall compliance with the financial procedures and reporting of our business units, with the following responsibilities and requirements:Responsibilities:Assure the compliance with the corporate financial procedures and standards;Deviation analysis and budget control versus the annual budget;Report and analyze monthly KPIs comparing with budget and like-for-like period;Ensure the reliability of financial information and minimize the occurrence of errors;Analysis of the daily closing;Aging analysis and AR control;Execution of daily financial and accounting tasks;Ad-hoc financial analysis;Requirements:Degree in Accounting, Management or similar;Minimum professional experience of 3 years in similar roles;Fluent in English both spoken and written;Experience in hospitality will be a plus;ERP Primavera knowledge will also be a plus;Accounting and Tax knowledge will be a plus;Strong sense of Responsibility, autonomy and planning;Good knowledge of Office tools (mostly Excel);Critical thinking and proactivity;Residence in the District of Évora;We offer:Integration in a dynamic team with an excellent working environment;Possibility of internal evolution and continuous training;Remuneration package according to the experience demonstrated;Join us and be part of a dedicated team committed to excellence.
