TasksYour responsibilities and impact as a: Customer Service Specialist: Providing the best possible answers and solutions to questions and concerns from customers of the Dutch market over the phone, via email or social mediaSupplying customers with the necessary information and solving any issuesFollowing up on issues if neededContent Moderator: Validating all written content for a social media platform, confirming its accuracy and qualityHaving the opportunity to share your ideas, in order to improve the quality of our workBeing part of a team that makes the world's information more accessible and usefulBecoming an expert in the advertisement content and giving the best advice to confirm its accuracy and qualityRequirementsSkills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role: A native level of French and at least a B2 level of EnglishPassion for customer service, content moderation, or technical supportKnowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can createBeing an attentive listener, comfortable and skillful at communicating with peopleBeing energetic, innovative and working proactively at a fast paceExcitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyleLiving in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for a long-term international career and life experienceHaving a valid Portuguese work permit or a nationality that allows you to work in an EU-countryWhat is in it for you?Type of contract: Unfixed term contract, 30 days probation periodWorking hours: full time (40h/week), shifts 24/7 Monday to SundaySalary conditions: 850 € gross/month + 50€ language bonus + performance bonus 120 € (from 4th full month)Help with acquiring the NIF and SSNA relocation package of 360 euros per month for the first three monthsPaid professional trainingFun and engaging company-wide initiativesYour Future Company:Your future company is a global leader in the BPO industry.
