Minimum Requirements Fluent English Experience: 5+ years in software engineering, including 2+ years in a leadership role. Technical Skills: Strong coding background (e.G., Java, Node, JavaScript) and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow engineering teams; experience in setting goals and driving performance. Project Management: Skilled in Agile methodologies, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines. Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; adept at explaining technical concepts to various stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
