The Offer:
Assist customers via telephone, email, and chat
Offer technical assistance on the platform
Apply the correct escalation process when necessary
Be an active listener, always available to understand and ask clear questions to help the customer
Identify, study, and propose the best solution to help the customer
Provide good customer service, ensuring the customer is always satisfied once the interaction is finished
Gather all relevant information into the system and deliver a high level of service
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and an intermediate level in English
Experience in technical troubleshooting is a plus
Genuine caregiver with a problem-solving mindset
Able to multi-task, proactive, and good with time management
Comfortable with phone calls, email writing, and social media
