Dutch speaking Customer Advisor - work from home Salary: 1298 euro gross per month (this does include also the holiday bonus, meal allowance and night shift allowance)
Working Hrs: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern between Monday to Sunday from
00:00 to 23:00.

The Role:
As a Customer Advisor you will represent one of the Netherlands largest e-commerce sites. This is a phone and email support role where your primary responsibility is to address customers' inquiries, concerns, and provide effective solutions. This includes troubleshooting issues related to orders, deliveries, payments, and returns. Additionally, you will serve as the main point of contact for external sellers, offering assistance and support as needed.

Fluent in Dutch and English
