Tarefas:
- Handling all incoming customer requests by phone, email and chat, in line with service standards and procedures, offering excellence and quality of service to customers;
- Managing pending situations: exchanges, complaints, returns, among other issues;
- Registration in the system of all requests/changes indicated by the client.
Requisitos:
- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and good understanding of English (B2 Level);
- Good computer and internet skills;
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- Client-oriented attitude, with a knack for helping others;
- Friendly proactive attitude and great communicator in challenging situations;
- Ticket flight refund after 6 months + accommodation during 1 month for people living abroad;
- Experience in call center environment (preferred).
