Our Client is the pioneer in the online pharmacy market and one of the leading online pharmacies in Europe with webshops in several countries.
As a customer service specialist in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:
Providing Inbound Customer Care
Giving advice and information to the customers and approach it with feeling/empathy for their needs
Ensuring the order and delivery process is smooth for the client
Dealing with Returns and Complaints
Identifying root causes to continue ensuring maximum efficiency/processes
Handle calls as well as written communication within guidelines established
Ensure the delivery of a quality customer experience on each and every transaction
Ensure that all complaints are recognized, recorded, confirmed and solved effectively
Recognize and promote additional products and services to the customers, in line with their needs and requirements
To succeed in the role, you will need to have:
Native or proficient level of Dutch (C2)
Intermediate level of English (at least B2) both verbal and written
Excellent listening and written/oral communication skills in supported languages
A motivated and enthusiastic personality
Self-organized, planning and prioritization skills
Patience, empathy, and a unique ability to manage stress
Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situations
Technical aptitude and the ability to pick up new technology quickly
Able to follow guidelines and instructions
Ability to keep calm and clear-headed in critical situations
Ability to demonstrate confidence when imparting information or dealing with troubled callers
Familiarity with ticketing systems
Experience with policy work, or help resource project management
Previous, demonstrable experience with creation of online help resources
Life experience to apply to managing situations
Early adopter of technology
Ability to put customers at ease
High-speed internet access and appropriate conditions for remote work #LI-Remote
Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Portugal
