We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Support Analyst to join our Data Management team. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments, ensuring that data operations are executed with accuracy and efficiency. What will my daily tasks involve? Assist the Data Management team in interacting with other departments, facilitating communication and collaboration to ensure that data projects meet the needs of all stakeholders. Manage and resolve first-level support tickets related to data, including issues with dashboards, RPA bots, and data loading processes. Monitor and ensure that dashboard loads are executed correctly, identifying and resolving any performance or loading issues. Validate bots developed by the RPA team, ensuring they function as expected and comply with established requirements. Create and maintain detailed documentation for data processes, RPA bots, and support procedures, ensuring that information is always up-to-date and accessible. What is expected from me? Minimum of 1 year of experience in data support, data analysis, or similar roles. Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Basic knowledge of SQL and ETL practices. Ability to maintain technical documentation. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively. Attention to detail and accuracy when working with data are differentiating factors
