Ensure that all customer interactions align with company policies and standards. What We're Looking For Fluent in French (both spoken and written). Good command of English (minimum B2 level). Previous experience in customer support or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using CRM tools and other support systems is a plus.
