If you're looking to grow and be inspired, as a Customer Service Representative in Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site), you will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations and that we fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence: high targets regarding quality, efficiency & customer journey improvement.
What you will do in this role: Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone to users. Troubleshoot user issues with the platform, offering guidance and solutions. Educate users on the platform's features and help them get the most out of their websites. Work closely with the product and development teams to resolve complex technical issues. Stay up to date with new program features and updates to provide accurate support. Collect and relay user feedback to improve overall user experience. Your qualifications: Have a high level of Portuguese (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2). Have experience in customer service, tech support, or a similar role. Have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Are tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools. Have excellent problem-solving skills and patience when dealing with users. Having experience with website builders or content management systems is a plus.
