What you will do in this role As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone to users.Troubleshoot user issues with the platform, offering guidance and solutions.Educate users on the platform's features and help them get the most out of their websites.Work closely with the product and development teams to resolve complex technical issues.Stay up to date with new program features and updates to provide accurate support.Collect and relay user feedback to improve overall user experience.Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you:
