What you will do in this role As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Answer and handle cases and errands from the main channels such as phone, chat, and mail.Handle questions from B2C customers.Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints.Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.Concentrix is a great match if you:
