Customer Service Representative (D/M/F)

Work as a customer service representative with international key accounts in a modern, global supply chain environment.
Responsibilities: Proactive order management & close monitoring of order book and shipments.
Ownership of end-to-end operational customer interaction and demand fulfillment.
Strong customer advocate whilst fostering the company's best interests.
Handle inbound B2B customer calls, email inquiries, and requests with accuracy and in a timely manner.
Participate in customer and project review meetings, understand customer profiles, and support the company's growth and strategic targets.
Professionally handle customer escalation and allocation scenarios.
Collaborate and provide cross-functional support in customer-related matters in a dynamic working environment.
Qualifications: Higher education degree (BA or similar).
Proven customer support experience in International Supply Chain; experience in Semiconductor or Automotive industry preferred.
Proficiency in ERP (SAP), CRM (Salesforce), EDI, and Microsoft tools required.
Good customer-facing skills combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction.
Entrepreneurial drive with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Flextime availability required and ability to work in a team in a dynamic environment.
Fluent business English mandatory; other languages are an added value.
