Customer Service - Dutch (M/F/X)

Do you speak Dutch? Is customer service an attractive area for you? We are currently looking for someone who is great at communicating and understanding clients' needs to be part of a multicultural team for an American multinational company.
Responsibilities: Provide great customer service.
Take care of the Dutch-speaking market.
Count on your motivation and enthusiasm to give a 5-star rating experience and make each interaction with the customers unique.
Quickly grasp new concepts and ideas to navigate the system efficiently and find the information needed to provide timely answers to customers' requests.
Requirements: Dutch native or fluent speaker (mandatory).
Good communication and customer-friendly service focus.
Available to work full-time and with rotating schedules.
Possibility to work from home. For this, you will need to have a fiber connection to the internet in your home.
Benefits: Salary above average (x 14 months).
Possibility to work from home or on-site in the city of Porto.
