We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Agent.

A British business looking to open a call centre in Lisbon, Portugal.
Customer Support:
Handle incoming customer calls and live chat inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Actively listen to customer concerns and questions, understanding their needs.
Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer issues, ensuring their satisfaction.
Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and resolve technical problems.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members or supervisors when necessary.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build strong rapport with customers and foster positive relationships.
Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanour at all times.
Proactively anticipate customer needs and offer additional assistance.
Collect and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Perfil ideal
Proficiency in both written and spoken English, along with at least one of the following languages: French, Italian, Flemish, Arabic, or Cantonese. A minimum language proficiency of B2 is required, with C1 preferred, as you'll be communicating with customers in both languages, verbally and in writing.
Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using computers and relevant software applications.
Active listening skills and empathy.
Patience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
