Position Summary
The NBS Integrated Marketing Services (IMS) is looking for a CRM Deployment Specialist to provide a good customer experience for all Nestlé's clients by deploying the campaigns of the brands and work on different communication channels.
A day in the life of...
Work with the Nestlé's brands to create email, push notification and SMS campaigns based on previously defined strategy;
HTML creation based on templates including revising, and making changes/corrections when necessary;
Implement database segmentation on email marketing tool;
Design customer journeys according to the guidelines provided by the brands;
Create A/B tests in order to improve engagement and therefore, deliverability;
Monitorization of campaigns and creation of KPI reports;
Ensure campaigns' deliverability using email marketing best practices and analyzing KPI's;
Build effective relationships with internal and external international stakeholders.
What will make you successful
Bachelor or master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication Design, Design & Multimedia, Information Management or similar;
Experience with any tool of Email Marketing (eg. MailChimp, RDStation, E-Goi, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Klavyio);
Knowledge of HTML or CSS;
Proficiency in English (spoken and written);
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and working methods;
Good analytical skills;
Knowledge on Marketing Automation/Creation of customer journeys (is a plus);
Passion for the Digital Marketing field.
