Responsibilities:Acquisition form creation, testing and maintenance – using Wyng and SegmentAudience creation and monitoring – using Segment as well as MetaEmail set up and execution – using BrazeSpanish speaker as much of the above will involve delivering for Spanish language marketsDevelop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retentionAnalyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities for personalised marketing campaignsCollaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channelsManage and optimise customer journeys across various touchpointsCreate and maintain detailed documentation of CRM processes and workflowsConduct A/B testing to improve email performance and conversion ratesMonitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to CRM activitiesStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and marketing automationEnsure compliance with data protection regulations and company policiesProvide training and support to team members on CRM tools and processes Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 3+ years of experience in CRM management or digital marketingProficiency in CRM platforms (specifically Hubspot and Braze) and social media advertising (particularly Meta)Strong knowledge of email marketing, audience segmentation, and personalisation techniquesExperience with data analysis, reporting tools, and SQLExcellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skillsFluency in English and Spanish (minimum B2 level for both)Familiarity with Wyng and Segment platforms is a plus The Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
